We have barely cleared away the dishes from the Thanksgiving table when
the Christmas fun begins.
Down from the attic come boxes
and boxes and boxes.
This is where Mr. Wonderful (also known as Mr. Pack Mule)
really earns his keep.
Hey you're no help!!

Dear Terri - I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Can you believe it is over?
ReplyDeleteI am bringing out our ornaments and other Christmas goodies this coming Thurs / Friday. So excited to see all the goodies again.
Look forward to your holiday decor :)
Thanks, Loi....I look forward to it too. I'm like you, I get excited when I unwrap all the little treasures and also all the things that I bought at the END of the season and packed away. Every year I say " Oh I forgot that I bought this!! How cute!!" LOL
DeleteWhat...no finished product?! FOUL!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to be having MY Mr. Wonderful playing pack mule this weekend. Isn't it nice to be a girl at times like that? :-D What do you do with all your displaced decor while Christmas has taken over? Can't wait to see how it all turned out!
ReplyDeleteWell I use all my Christmas boxes that I just unpacked and store the regular items in there for the season. A few things I have to stash in the back of my closet. But it all works out.
DeleteThanks for sharing this post! I'm so glad to find your blog and can't wait to see more!

Terri
I'm taking my time this year! Somehow, I don't feel the urgency to get it all done at once!
ReplyDeleteLet the decorating begin!....
Yes, I think that comes along with .....AGE!! Yikes!! I'm more than happy to putter along at my own speed and enjoy the process. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day, Delores.
Terri
ReplyDeleteThose boxes look like what's around my house! We entertained and got our tree all in one weekend and it was a little too much. Along with a heavy workload.. I'm surprised I got a blog post out! Have a great day Terri and enjoy the seasonal activities.
